Ptfe Plumbers Tape
1.Ptfe Plumbers Tape can be used on most piping- Including PVC, Plastic, Copper, Black Iron, Galvanized-Steel, and More!
2.Ptfe Plumbers Tape is often called Teflon tape, helps you get a watertight seal on threaded pipe joints. It also helps lubricate the connection, making the threading a bit smoother, and it helps to prevent pipes from sticking when you want to disassemble the joint.
3.Ptfe Plumbers Tape can be used on Shower Heads,Sprinklers,Pipe Fittings,Gas Heaters, Propane Fittings, and many more Commercial and Home Appliances.
4.Plumber's tape can be used on some gas-pipe connections, but this requires a special type of plumber's tape, typically colored yellow, that is rated for gas lines.
1.Clean the male threads at the end of the pipe with a clean rag.
2.Place the end of the plumber's tape on the second thread from the end of the pipe and hold it in place with a finger or thumb. The tape should lie flat (not bunched up) over the threads and extend perpendicularly to the length of the pipe.
3.Begin wrapping the tape around the pipe in the opposite direction to the direction the pipe will be turned.
4.Maintain tension on the tape so it wraps snugly around the pipe. Work away from the end of the pipe, overlapping the tape as you go.
5.Complete four to six wraps around the pipe, finishing near the end of the threads (opposite the end of the pipe).
6.Break the tape from the roll by gripping it between thumb and forefinger and pulling sharply; it breaks easily. Smooth the loose end down over the threads. The pipe is now ready to go into the fitting.

Q: What is PTFE?
A: PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is more than non-stick coating on cookware. It’s grown into a worldwide staple of industrial applications. And for good reason. With great temperature range, chemical and corrosion resistance, and excellent electrical, non-stick and anti-microbial properties, PTFE products have the ability to be formed into many different components.
Wherever there’s a need for moving, vibrating or rotating parts, our reputably sourced PTFE will improve your production process by reducing friction, wear and energy consumption in many types of machinery.
Q:Whether can you guarantee that the seal tape will be as good quality as the samples.
A:Yes,the quality of mass production will be same as sample.
